Comprehensive 60–90 minute consultation with Dr. Alim
Detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, and previous diagnoses and treatments
Focused physical examination when applicable
Recommendations for appropriate laboratory testing and imaging
Personalized diagnostic and treatment recommendations
Written care plan and visit summary
Results review and follow-up discussion when additional testing is recommended
Recommendations to share with your existing healthcare team, when appropriate

For established Wellness Rheum patients who prefer the flexibility of care when they need it, without a monthly commitment.

Review of relevant laboratory and imaging results

Updated treatment recommendations
Additional testing or imaging recommendations when appropriate
Updated care plan
Coordination recommendations for your healthcare team when needed

For patients who want an ongoing relationship with their rheumatologist and continued management of their autoimmune or rheumatic condition.
